Starting 2021, Bapenda Applies e-SPPT PBB-P2 in Jakarta

Jakarta Regional Tax Agency (Bapenda) continues socializing people about electronic Notification of Tax Due (SPPT) Land and Building Tax of Urban and Rural Sector (PBB-P2) that will be effective starting 2021.

We also socialize it in social media thus in 2021, taxpayers will not be surprised by this change

Jakarta Bapenda Head, Mohammad Tsani Annafari mentioned, before obtaining e-SPPT PBB-P2, taxpayers are required to have account by registering at https://pajakonline.jakarta.go.id/esppt. Not only supporting go green movement, this e-SPPT service also effective to prevent crowds during COVID-19 pandemic.

"Starting next year, SPPT PBB-P2 in Jakarta has turned into electronic. Thus we intensify the socialization," he asserted, Thursday (12/3).

Bapenda Recruits 400 PBB-P2 Mapping Officers

He conveyed, if taxpayers needs further information about e-SPPT PBB-P2, they can contact Jakarta Bapenda call center at 1500-177 or live web chat at htpp://bapenda.jakarta.go.id/. Per December 1, 2020, PBB-P2 tax realization in Jakarta reaches Rp 8.1 trillion from total target Rp 9.4 trillion.

"We keep socializing it anywhere and anytime. We also socialize it in social media thus in 2021, taxpayers will not be surprised by this change," he said.
