Gulkarmat has Carried Out Disinfectant Spraying in 11,117 Locations in East Jakarta

In 10 months during COVID-19 pandemic, from March 14 to December 27, 2020, East Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency has carried out disinfectant spraying in 11,117 locations.

From March 14 to December 27, total 15,352 fleets and 46,467 personnel have been deployed for disinfectant spraying

East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency's Fire Control and Rescue Section Head, Gatot Sulaeman conveyed, disinfectant spraying was carried out to prevent COVID-19 spread in public facilities, office buildings, schools, parks, worship places, main roads, and residential areas across 10 sub-districts of East Jakarta.

"It is done to prevent COVID-19 transmission as well as providing security and comfort for the community," he added, Monday (12/28).

In detail, disinfectant spraying has been done in 1,215 locations in Matraman Sub-district, 1,012 locations in Pulogadung Sub-district, 921 locations in Jatinegara, 1,121 locations in Cakung Sub-district, 1,664 locations in Duren Sawit Sub-district, 1,340 locations in Makasar Sub-district, 824 locations in Kramat Jati, 1,383 locations in Ciracas Sub-district, 984 locations in Cipayung, and 653 locations in Pasar Rebo Sub-district.

For disinfectant spraying in 11,117 locations, his side deployed 100 personnel and 30 bag pack sets, 32 sprayers, and 10 operational vehicles everyday.

"From March 14 to December 27, total 15,352 fleets and 46,467 personnel have been deployed for disinfectant spraying," he mentioned.
