City Prepares More Burial Plots for COVID-19 Cemetery in Rorotan

Jakarta Government prepares 1,500 burial plots for COVID-19 cemetery at Rorotan Public Cemetery (TPU), on Jalan Rorotan IX, RT 03/09, Rorotan, Cilincing, North Jakarta.

Actually, Rorotan TPU area is located relatively far from residential areas. Currently, Rorotan TPU area is still being matured. From total 25 hectares of Rorotan TPU land, 2 hectares will be used for COVID-19 cemetery.

"The first phase of COVID-19 cemetery covers an area of 8,000 square meters with total 1,500 graves. It is targeted to start operating in this January," he said.
