East Jakarta Satpol PP Intensifies PSBB Monitoring in Settlements

We're doing this to minimize the spread of COVID-19 in the family cluster

East Jakarta Mayor Muhammad Anwar instructs the ranks of Satpol PP, COVID-19 task force, urban village and sub-district heads to further increase monitoring of the Transitional Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) in residential areas.

"We're doing this to minimize the spread of COVID-19 in the family cluster," said East Jakarta Mayor, Muhammad Anwar, Friday (1/8).

Emphasizing the Importance of 3M, City Routinely Conducts Health Protocol Operations

East Jakarta Health Sub-agency Head Indra Setiawan added, based on the data on Thursday (1/7) at 5 PM, the number of COVID-19 patients was 38,807 people. 666 of them died, 1,133 people were undergoing treatment, 1,690 were undergoing a self-isolation and the rest had recovered.

Of the 38,807, 5,211 out of them were from Cakung, 3,768 were from Cipayung, 3,474 were from Ciracas, 5,513 were from Duren Sawit, 4,044 were from Jatinegara, 3,943 were from Kramat Jati, 3,311 were from Makasar.

"2,774 are from Matraman, 2,779 are from Pasar Rebo and 3,990 are from Pulogadung," he stated.
