5 Sukabumi Selatan Residents Received Land Compensation

Five residents who are affected by the normalization project of Pesanggrahan River, West Jakarta, on Friday (10/31) received compensation for their buildings and lands. They got compensation because they have proofs of land and building certificates.

Two other residents from Kebon Jeruk Urban Village have not received compensation because they have not submitted the proof of Tax Payable Letter (SPPT) yet,” stated West Jakarta Administration Secretary, Syamsuddin Lologau.
According to Lologau, the total wide of the five land lots is 2,155 square meters with a total compensation of Rp 8.5 billion that refers to tax object sales value (NJOP) amounting Rp 2.2 million-Rp 3 million. As for the two land lots in Kebon Jeruk Urban Village, they are as wide as 1,992 square meters with a total compensation of Rp 6.5 billion.
Evicted Resident to Get Compensation Money“If (land lots in Sukabumi Selatan) combined with the two land lots in Kebon Jeruk, the total wide of land lots is 4,147 square meters with a total compensation of Rp 15 billion,” he uttered.
Meanwhile, Nasir (84), a resident of RT 04/07 Sukabumi Selatan, admitted that he received compensation as much as Rp 4.5 billion because his 698-square-meter land lot is affected by Pesanggrahan River normalization project.
“I’m resigned even though I lose. Right now, I stay at part of my house which does not affected by the project,” he said.
