Jadi Staf Biasa, TKD Rudi Berkurang

Demoted, Manggas Rudi Siahaan’s TKD Decreases Drastically

As reported earlier, Manggas Rudi Siahaan was demoted from his post as Head of Jakarta Public Works Department. Following that, his regional performance allowance (TKD) is cut and the facilities he previously received were reduced because his position is now only as staff of City Secretary, Saefullah.

Becoming staff means less TKD. The amount of TKD depends on rank, class, and work period. For echelon-II officials, their TKD is about Rp 25 million

Head of Jakarta Personnel Board (BKD), I Made Karmayoga, confirmed that Siahaan’s TKD is drastically reduced after he is demoted, although his basic salary remains the same as echelon-II civil servant. In addition, the transport money he once got as much as Rp 9 million is also reduced considering he is now only a regular staff.

“Becoming staff means less TKD. The amount of TKD depends on rank, class, and work period. For echelon-II officials, their TKD is about Rp 25 million,” explained Karmayoga, Friday (10/31).
