PT. Transjakarta President Director, Sardjono Jhony Tjitrokusomo mentioned, renovation was needed because several bus shelter facilities must be repaired to ensure Transjakarta users safety and comfort.

His side hopes all Transjakarta users can maintain the existing facilities in this bus shelter, thus it can be used for a long time for customers safety and comfort.
"We always remind our customers to comply with health protocols by implementing 3M, namely wearing mask, maintaining safe distance, and washing hands," he stated.
