RW 08 Pegangsaan Dua Urban Village COVID-19 Task Force in Pegangsaan Dua, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta continues to prevent and anticipate COVID-19 in the region. RW 08 Pegangsaan Dua Urban Village COVID-19 Task Force Leader, Harry Koesbandi mentioned, his side continued to show good coordination and cooperation since the beginning of pandemic until now.
"We always coordinate with puskesmas and urban village. So far, Task Force has worked well, but the important thing is to maintain the cooperation with puskesmas and urban village," he conveyed, Tuesday (1/19).

"We educate residents about COVID-19. We also install banners, urge residents to comply with health protocols, and remind people about the importance of implementing 5M (washing hands, wearing masks, maintaining safe distance, staying away from crowds, and limiting mobility)," he asserted.
As well as coordination with puskesmas about collecting disaggregated data, early detection, collecting data on vulnerable people, follow up and data analysis for residents who need special attention.
"We always inform local urban village and puskesmas if there is resident who needs to be visited immediately by puskesmas team. Usually, when residents carried out test independently and received positive result, they will immediately report it to me or their RT heads. I will coordinate to puskemas to follow it up. Usually, residents who are exposed to COVID-19 took test independently first, then to puskemas. Later on
, puskesmas will give recommendation for self-isolation at home or being taken to quarantine at Wisma Atlet or hospitalized, depending on the severity of patients' symptoms," he explained.RW 08, he continued, has 10 RTs with total 640 families or 1,700 residents. RW 08 COVID-19 Task Force Team consists of 15 people who intensively handle COVID-19 cases and educate people every day.
"We also built hand washing facilities, including the soap, in RW 08. Several hand washing facilities also installed in front of residents houses. We always remind people who don't wear mask to wear it," he closed.
