Hundreds of Health Workers in Central Jakarta Injected with Vaccine

Central Jakarta Acting Mayor Irwandi, monitored the injection of COVID-19 vaccine to hundreds of health workers at the multipurpose room of the local mayor's office, on Sunday (1/31).

"We remain implement the health protocol in order to avoid the crowd in the room starting from registration to injection of the vaccine," he expressed, at the location.

Jakarta Conducts Second Dose Injection

Central Jakarta Health Sub-agency Head Erizon Safari added 500 health workers were targeted to get the vaccine.

"If the number exceeds the target, we will add to vaccine logistics and will continue the injection on the next day," he explained.

After it was done, he added, similar action was also scheduled to ASN, army, police and other public services in Central Jakarta.

"It will take place around March until April," he stated.
