Thousand Islands Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency completed the construction of embankment that connecting ring road on west side of Pier at RT 04/01, Harapan Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands Sub-district.
After completed, this connecting embankment will be painted in blue and white colors
Thousand Islands SDA Sub-agency Head, Abdul Rouf conveyed, connecting embankment construction was carried out since January 28 until February 10, 2021.
"After completed, this connecting embankment will be painted in blue and white colors. Thus it looks clean and beautiful," he mentioned, Friday (2/12).
SDA Unit Anticipates Inundation and Flooding in Cilincing Sub-districtHis side deployed 7 SDA Task Force personnel to build 4x4 meters embankment using massive cube material.
"This embankment connects one embankment to another thus it can strengthen the embankment from waves. Connecting embankment is also built to make it easier for personnel to control embankment or inspect channels," he explained.
