41,994 Health Workers in Jakarta Have Been Injected with Second Dose of COVID-19 Vaccine

Based on data from Jakarta Health Agency, until February 14, 2021, as many as 41,994 health workers in Jakarta have received second dose of COVID-19 vaccine. It reaches 37.4 percent of total target 112,301 health workers for COVID-19 vaccination.

Jakarta Health Agency, Widyastuti conveyed, currently COVID-19 vaccination period is still carried out for Health Human Resources (SDMK) group, consists of health workers, health assistants, support staff (non-health), students who work at Jakarta's health facilities, including elderly SDMK.

"First dose vaccine has been given to 99,961 health workers in Jakarta within January 14 - February 14, 2021. About 98 percent of total 112,301 health workers who are targeted to receive vaccination," she conveyed, Monday (2/15).

She affirmed that Jakarta Health Agency continues to map health workers and support personnel who haven't received COVID-19 vaccines. Health workers who meet requirements to be injected with first dose but haven't received it yet are asked to immediately register at bit.ly/ayovaksinnakesjakarta.

"This link can only be filled by health workers who haven't received COVID-19 vaccination," she added.

Meanwhile, Jakarta Government provides 474 health service facilities (Fasyankes) with total 511 special posts to serve COVID-19 vaccination.

"This health facilities are spread across five municipalities and one regency in Jakarta. We are working with professional organizations, health education institutions, hospitals and clinic organizations or associations to accelerate COVID-19 vaccination," she stated.
