West Jakarta LH Holds Emission Test for Private Vehicles

West Jakarta Environment (LH) Sub-agency held free emission test for private vehicles at Auto2000 on Jl. Pangeran Jayakarta No. 9-11, Taman Sari, West Jakarta this Wednesday (3/3), from 1 PM to 6 PM. This emission test was targeted 30 vehicles in a day.

Emission test is one of Jakarta Government's efforts to reduce pollution in the capital city

West Jakarta LH Sub-agency Head, Slamet Riyadi conveyed, free emission test was carried out according to Jakarta Gubernatorial Regulation No. 66/2020 on Motor Vehicle Exhaust Emission Test.

"This emission test is carried out specifically for private vehicles. We are targeting 30 vehicles for today. Until 14:00 we have already tested 10 vehicles," he informed, Wednesday (3/3).

West Jakarta LH Sub-agency Monitoring and Control Section, Kamin stated, in this emission test, it needed about 5-10 minutes for each vehicles to get its emission data.

His side didn't limit cubic centimeter or CC of private vehicles which in carrying out this emission test.

"Emission test is one of Jakarta Government's efforts to reduce pollution in the capital city," he asserted.
