Kelapa Island Main Pier Sprayed with Disinfectant

North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Su b-agency Sector 7 personnel carried out disinfectant spraying at Kelapa Island Main Pier, RT 06/04, Kelapa Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands Sub-district.

North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Gulkarmat Sub-agency Sector 7 Head, Buang Miharja mentioned, his side collaborated with health team and local urban village apparatuses to conduct disinfectant spraying.

"Disinfection is one of our efforts to ensure pier as public facility to be sterile from COVID-19," he explained, Saturday (3/6).

Personnel sprayed disinfectant from pier's entrance gate, seats, stairs, and all facilities on the site.

"We deploy 5 personnel and 1 unit water sprayer. It uses 30 liters disinfectant liquid for this activity," he conveyed.
