Three Parks in Major Roads of Central Jakarta are Being Arranged

Central Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency arranged parks located in green belt in Cideng, Menteng Raya and Jalan Fachrudin.

Its arrangement is also adjusted to the characteristics of the area

Central Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency Head, Mila Ananda mentioned, park arrangement was carried out by task force personnel in each regions by planting variety of ornamental plants such as bougainvillea and soka (ixora).

"The park is arranged to beautify major roads. Its arrangement is also adjusted to the characteristics of the area. If the location is shady, we will use shade plants," she explained, Tuesday (3/9).

Her side targeted to complete green belt's park arrangement in Central Jakarta in October.

Moreover, her side also prepared plant pots for reforestation in residential areas. According to her, it was to follow up residents' request through Musrenbang.

"Plant pots for reforestation in residential areas are taken from plant nursery carried out by task force personnel," she conveyed.
