432 Central Jakarta Satpol PP Personnel Have Received COVID-19 Vaccine

As many as 432 or 50 percent of total 864 Central Jakarta Satpol PP personnel have been injected with COVID-19 vaccine.

Central Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Bernard Tambunan conveyed, those 432 Satpol PP personnel served at urban village, sub-district, and city levels. For personnel who were assigned in urban villages and sub-districts, vaccination was carried out in the nearest health center (Puskesmas).

"COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for all Satpol PP personnel, considering their duties as regional law enforcers have very high potential for exposure," he asserted, Thursday (3/11).

Meanwhile, about 50 percent of Satpol PP personnel couldn't receive vaccine due to several factors. Some of them have just recovered after being exposed to COVID-19, while others are off duty and on leave.

"We are targeting all personnel to receive COVID-19 vaccine by the end of March," he closed.
