492 Elderly Residents in Cipayung Vaccinated with COVID-19

As many as 492 elderly residents in Cipayung Sub-district, East Jakarta have received COVID-19 vaccine at the SDN Munjul 01 building, Tuesday (3/9). According to the plan, it will last until Wednesday (3/10).

From the target of 600 elderly today, only 492 people participated or about 80 percent

Munjul Urban Village Head Sumarjono said, initially 600 seniors were invited to take the vaccine today. However, when being screened, some could not be vaccinated, because of comorbidities (comorbid). While some others were absent and would be rescheduled.

COVID Vaccination in Pondok Kopi Targets 400 Elderly

To smoothen it, he prepared as many as 60 medical workers.

"While waiting for their turn to vaccinate, we give them (elderly) drinks and snacks thus they don't get bored of waiting," he furthered.

As for the information, it is not only participated by Munjul people, but also residents from seven other urban villages, namely Cipayung, Pondok Ranggon, Cilangkap, Ceger, Setu, Bambu Apus, and Lubang Buaya.
