In order to realize the target, North Jakarta Mayor, Ali Maulana Hakim planned to add locations used for dynamic vaccination throughout urban villages in North Jakarta. He assessed that adding locations was the best strategy to achieve the target.

According to him, collaboration with other stakeholders is also considered important to achieve target of COVID-19 vaccination program for elderly.
"We have also prepared several schools as locations for this dynamic vaccination. We recommend collaboration with number of health clinics to provide health workers and others," he stated.
As an alternative to accelerate vaccination for elderly, his side also planned to use 2nd Floor of Balai Yos Sudarso, North Jakarta Mayor Office as the center location of COVID-19 vaccination for elderly. This location is considered appropriate since it has been used as vaccination location for state civil servants (ASNs) and individual other service providers (PJLPs), as well as vaccination for religious and community leaders.
"While for static location such as urban village and sub-district health centers, we will increase the capacity of vaccination participants," he said.
