220 People Participate in Virtual Training on Urban Farming Development

Virtual training on the development of urban farming potential which held by South Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture, and Food Security (KPKP) Sub-agency on Thursday (3/25) was participated by 220 people.

We hope urban farming can be useful for community economic development during this pandemic

South Jakarta KPKP Sub-agency Head, Hasudungan Sidabalok stated, this virtual training was carried out via zoom meeting with topic 'Community Economic Recovery by Developing Urban Farming Potentials in Tebet Sub-district'.

"We hope urban farming can be useful for community economic development during this pandemic," he conveyed.

In this event, his side invited Panji Purbo Laksono, millennial farmer ambassador and La Ode Hardian, Chairman of New Garden Hydro as speakers and Jakarta KPKP Agency Acting Head (Plt), Suharini Eliawati as moderator.

"With motivation and instruction given in this training, we hope participants can be more active and serious in developing urban farming for economic improvement," he said.
