North Jakarta TP PKK and DWP Participate in COVID-19 Vaccination

In series of 49th PKK Movement Unity Day event, North Jakarta TP PKK and Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) participated in COVID-19 vaccination held at North Jakarta Vaccination Center, Yos Sudarso Hall, in North Jakarta Mayor Office, on Thursday (3/25).

North Jakarta TP PKK and DWP have the opportunity to be vaccinated

North TP PKK Chairperson, Yenny Nursanti mentioned, there were 15 people from North Jakarta TP PKK and 10 people from North Jakarta DWP.

"Thank God, in PKK Movement Unity event, North Jakarta TP PKK and DWP have the opportunity to be vaccinated because TP PKK and DWP always carry out online and offline activities during the pandemic," she conveyed.

According to her, COVID-19 vaccination is very necessary because it can form immunity system. Besides, vaccine has been declared halal and safe.

"Don't be afraid, we must always think positively to stay healthy. Earlier, I was also vaccinated and thank God I didn't feel any symptoms after being vaccinated. After vaccination, we still have to comply with health protocols to stay healthy," she asserted.

On this occasion, North Jakarta Mayor, Ali Maulana Hakim also appreciated and supported TP PKK and DWP participation in COVID-19 vaccination.

"DWP and TP PKK cadres are the forefront in implementing community activities. Therefore, we also prioritize them to take a part in first stage vaccination which carried out today. We need supports from all parties thus North Jakarta can achieve its vaccination target and it can be protected from COVID-19," he stated.
