South Jakarta SDA Builds Infiltration Wells in Vice Governor's Official Residence

South Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency builds 2 infiltration wells at Jakarta Vice Governor's official residence (Rudin) on Jalan Besakih, Kuningan Timur Urban Village, Setiabudi.

It is also effective to overcome inundation during rainy season

Setiabudi Sub-district SDA Sub-agency Head, Yansori said, his side deployed 7 personnel to build 2 infiltration wells since Monday (3/29).

"Infiltration wells can hold, store, and increase groundwater, as well as reduce rainwater to flow into sewers. It is also effective to overcome inundation during rainy season," he mentioned, Wednesday (3/31).

According to him, those two infiltration wells are located in next to front yard. Each infiltration wells have width 120 centimeters and depth 340 centimeters.

"It takes at least five days to build one infiltration well," he conveyed.
