Karet Urban Village Opens Educational Park for the Public

The Karet Urban Village, Setiabudi, South Jakarta now has an educational park for residents in the area behind the urban village office.

Karet Urban Village Head M Akbar disclosed the park was built, because of not having the Child-friendly Public Place (RPTRA).

At the location, he explained, the visitors could see various types of birds placed in cages, fish and fish spa therapy ponds, as well as hydroponic and medicinal plants.

He added every day many residents enjoyed this park, ranging from children to adults.

"Even PPSU officers can also rest here after work," he stated.
