Prevention of Corruption and Gratification Educated to Thousand Islands ASNs

Corruption and gratification are surely very vulnerable if procurement and development are not carried out properly and with full trust

A number of state civil apparatuses (ASN) serving under Thousand Islands Regency administration are participating in the virtual socialization on the prevention of corruption and gratification in the procurement of government goods and services.

On that occasion, there are competent speakers from the North Jakarta Attorney General's Office and the Government Procurement Policy Institute.

Anti-Corruption Campaign Socialized to Public Transport Users

Thousand Islands Regency Secretary Eric P. Z. Lumbun disclosed that it was very important for those who were very vulnerable to be ensnared in criminal acts of corruption or gratification.

"Corruption and gratification are surely very vulnerable if procurement and development are not carried out properly and with full trust," he expressed, Thursday (4/8).

As one of the preventive efforts, he explained, it was conducted by forging cooperation between related units with regard to formation of the illegal levy eradication central task force (Saber Pungli) in cross-sectoral and the Regional Development Watch (TP4D) team under the North Jakarta Attorney General's Office, which is ready to oversee the development process for the public interest.

"Through oversight and transparency of budget management, hopefully we are able to curb corruption and gratification thus the budget can be absorbed maximally," he hoped.
