Central Jakarta will Build Green Open Space in ITC Cempaka Mas

Central Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency has prepared green open space (RTH) concept that will be built in ITC Cempaka Mas on Jalan Letjen Suprapto.

It will be built in two locations in ITC Cempaka Mas area

Central Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency Head, Mila Andini informed, this park will be built on 2,600 square meters land and equipped with social interaction space.

"It will be built in two locations in ITC Cempaka Mas area," she added, Wednesday (4/14).

North Jakarta to Develop Two Green Parks Soon

Her side has allocated budget Rp 5 billion for park arrangement in 2021. Part of this budget will be used for park arrangement in ITC Cempaka Mas, Jalan Letjen Suprapto.

"We will use developer's CSR funds to provide supporting facilities, such as children playground," she mentioned.

According to her, park in ITC Cempaka Mas will be built after Central Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency completed construction of two retention basins.

"We will start the finishing touch in park arrangement after two retention basins construction at ITC Cempaka Mas is completed," she explained.

For information, two plots of state-owned land in ITC Cempaka Mas which covering area if 2,000 and 3,300 square meters will be used to build retention basins, green open space, and social interaction space.
