Retention Basin Construction in ITC Cempaka Mas is Targeted to Finish in September

Central Jakarta Assistant for Economy and Development (Asekbang), Bakwan Ferizan Ginting conducted survey on land in ITC Cempaka Mas area where the second phase of retention basin construction will be carried out.

This survey was carried out to finalize the plan to build retention basin on area of 4,000 meters as an effort to prevent floods in the surrounding area.

"Retention basin which built in ITC Cempaka Mas will be equipped with park and interaction space thus it can be used as tourist attraction," he explained on Tuesday (3/30).

Progress of Belibis Retention Basin Construction has Reached 70 Percent

According to him, current progress of first retention basin which has been carried out since January on area of 1,000 meters, has reached 55 percent.

"Construction of two retention basins in ITC Cempaka Mas is targeted to finish in September," he mentioned.
