The North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency's Sector firefighters spray disinfectant in facilities and infrastructure of residential areas of RT 05/03, Kelapa Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands Sub-district.

North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Gulkarmat's Sector Head, Buang Miharja said it was carried out as Kelapa Island had also become a tourist destination that was preferred residential island tourists.

"We spray all facilities and infrastructure, especially in locations where there are many homestays," he expressed, Friday (4/16).

To conduct it, his side had sent as many as six firefighters and one unit of water sprayer to the location.

"Today we have spent 15 liters of disinfectant liquid," he said.
