Currently, the construction progress of Japanese Village, one of tourist attractions in Sakura Beach, Untung Jawa Urban Village, South Thousand Islands Sub-agency, has touched 90 percent.
All construction work is targeted to be completed in June
Untung Jawa Urban Village Head, Supriyadi conveyed, in this project, his side has built kiosks, gate, connecting roads, and selfie spot which connected to Sakura Beach.

"Hopefully it can increase number of tourists thus it can boost local economy," he mentioned.
For information, Japanese Village is built through collaboration between Thousand Islands Regency and PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Jakarta (PHE ONWJ) and PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
