Satpol PP Intensifies Health Protocol Monitoring at Tanah Abang Market

Jakarta Satpol PP continues to intensify health protocol monitoring at Tanah Abang Market, Central Jakarta.

We anticipate COVID-19 spread from crowd in those locations ahead of Eid al-Fitr

Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Arifin stated, his side deployed 600 personnel in 8 points, namely Tanah Abang Station, area under Jatibaru Flyover, under Tanah Abang Block G and Block F Buildings, in front of Block A and Block B Buildings, Auri Tanah Rendah until Parmin Hotel, Fire Post until Block B, Jalan Jatibaru 2 until PPM Post, and intersection near Block G.

"We anticipate COVID-19 spread from crowd in those locations ahead of Eid al-Fitr. This monitoring focuses on health protocol implementation and controlling public order," he asserted, Monday (5/3).

Number of Passengers at Kalideres Terminal Keeps Increasing

In this monitoring, Satpol PP was assisted by TNI/Police officers in minimizing violations of health protocol and public order.

"Satpol PP also remind people to comply with health protocol using speaker. While market management also help us by guarding market entrance and exit gates," he mentioned.
