The North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency's Sector 7 firefighters spray disinfectant at the Kelapa Island Main Pier, RT 07/04, Kelapa Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands Sub-district.

North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Gulkarmat Sub-agency's Sector 7 Head, Buang Miharja said it was a routine agenda in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 outbreak.

"Our target is facilities and infrastructure such as roads, waiting rooms, and boats that are leaning on the dock," he expressed, Thursday (5/20).

According to him, it involved five firefighters from the Kelapa Island Command Post using one unit of water sprayer.

"Today we have spent 15 liters of liquid disinfectant," he stated.
