Kampung Rawa Targets to Vaccinate 13,877 People

The Kampung Rawa Urban Village, Johar Baru, Central Jakarta is targeting to vaccinate 13,877 residents in eight neighborhoods in stages.

Kampung Rawa Urban Village Head, Ferry Zahrudin said Covid-19 vaccination in his region had been ongoing since early May.

"It is compliance with Gubernatorial Regulation number 90/2018 on Improvement of the Quality of Settlements in the Context of Arrangement of Integrated Settlement Areas and Governor Instruction number 66/2020 on Preparations for Implementation of Covid-19 Vaccination," he said, Friday (5/21).

Until May 20, he explained, as many as 1,003 people had undergone the vaccination. 880 had received vaccines, while the rest 123 were failed due to high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and other comorbidities.

While on Friday (5/21), as many as 111 people had passed through vaccination. 85 had received vaccines and the rest 19 were failed due to health factors.

"Alhamdulillah, the socialization we carried out has brought good results. No refusal," he concluded.
