There are more residents of RT 03/03 Cilangkap, Cipayung, East Jakarta who have been recovered from COVID-19. As of Friday (5/28), there were 4 residents who had recovered, but now it increased by 36 to 40 residents in total.

Without residents' participation and compliance, COVID-19 handling can't be optimal

RW 03 Cilangkap Head, Rosadi explained, until Monday (5/31) night, 8 residents who were treated at Wisma Athlete had been recovered. Another 8 residents who were treated at Ciracas Hospital and 1 resident at Haji Hospital Pondok Gede had also been recovered.

Furthermore, there were also 3 residents from Duren Sawit Hospital, 2 residents from Pasar Minggu Hospital, 1 resident from TNI AL Mintoharjo Hospital, and 17 residents who carried out self-isolation at home were declared recovered from COVID-19.

"Total number of residents who have recovered and are no longer monitored for COVID-19 reaches 40 people. Hopefully in the near future, they will recover from COVID-19 thus they can return to do normal activities," he said, Tuesday (6/1).

Meanwhile, there are still 65 residents who are still positive for COVID-19 who are undergoing treatment and isolation in hospital. In detail, 59 residents at Wisma Atlet, 5 residents at Ciracas Hospital, and 1 resident in Haji Hospital Pondok Gede.

Cilangkap Urban Village Head, Nasir Sugiar emphasized that those who had recovered are still asked to do self-isolation at their homes. He also reminded them to always comply with health protocol.

"Without residents' participation and compliance, COVID-19 handling can't be optimal," he asserted.

According to him, until now RT 03/03 Cilangkap is still under micro-lockdown. Joint personnel are still closely monitoring the area every day. Besides, public kitchen which is managed independently by local residents and mobile public kitchen which provided by Brimob Polda Metro Jaya are still operating.
