Jakarta Bina Marga Agency Head, Hari Nugroho mentioned, SJUT on Jalan Mampang Prapatan is built along 5.4 kilometers, while 1.2 kilometers on Jalan Cikajang.
"The project has started since September. Jakarta Bina Marga Agency will carry out sidewalk revitalization in this month or after SJUT construction on those two roads is completed," he said, Friday (6/4).
Traffic Diverted around Jalan Wolter Monginsidi amid SJUT Excavation WorkAccording to him, SJUT construction work on Jalan Kapten Tendean, Jalan Senopati, Jalan Suryo, Wolter Monginsidi, Jalan Trunojoyo, and Jalan Gunawarman also shows positive progress. Arrangement on disorganized utility network on those roads is targeted to be completed in this June.
"Utility network arrangement is estimated to be completed in this month. Thus in July, we can carry out sidewalk revitalization. If SJUT work is completed, utility network must be placed down, thus we don't have to dismantle sidewalks that have been laid out," he conveyed.
According to him, SJUT work is carried out on 61 roads with total length 200 kilometers which targeted to be completed by the end of 2021.
"There are two BUMDs involved in this SJUT arrangement. PT. Jakpro is responsible for utility network control and arrangement on 20 roads in South Jakarta. While Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya is responsible for utility network arrangement on 9 roads in West Jakarta," he explained.
