Channel Repair on Jl. Flamboyan Kebon Jeruk Has Reached 80 Percent

West Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency is currently repaired water channel on Jl. Flamboyan, Kebon Jeruk, by installing it with U-ditch and covers.

West Jakarta SDA Sub-agency Drainage Maintenance Section Head, Wawan Kurniawan mentioned, U-ditch and covers installation work has been carried out since June 12, 2021.
"U-ditch and channel covers will be installed on channel along 80 meters with width 60 centimeters," he informed, Thursday (6/24).
Channel on Jalan Merpati in Meruya Utara WidenedHis side deployed 1 unit mini excavator and 13 personnel equipped with hoes, crowbars, sledgehammers, hammers, and buckets.
"Current progress has reached 80 percent. Our target is to complete it by the end of June," he said.
He hopes this repair can optimize water channel capacity thus it can minimize inundation, especially during heavy rains.
