246 Cipayung RSUD Employees Vaccinated with Hepatitis B

As many as 246 employees of Cipayung RSUD, East Jakarta were vaccinated against Hepatitis B, on Sunday (6/27).

This is part of the RSUD K3 program to prevent the spread of hepatitis B disease in the hospital

Cipayung RSUD Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Coordinator, Maryanto said it was very important, as the disease easily attacks employees who are at the forefront or front liners in community services.

"This is part of the RSUD K3 program to prevent the spread of hepatitis B disease in the hospital," he said.

According to him, all employees should take this vaccination, starting from doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and security officers to janitors and other parts without exception.

He explained it was held gradually in three stages. The first was in August last year, continued last September and the last one would fall in the upcoming July.

"Besides the Covid-19 vaccine, they must also be vaccinated against hepatitis B," he concluded.
