Social Assistance Distributed for Residents Who Undergo Self-Isolation at Home

Central Jakarta Social Sub-agency is ready to facilitate residents who are undergoing self-isolation at home.

Central Jakarta Social Sub-agency Head, Ngapuli Perangin Angin said that his side cooperates with COVID-19 Task Force at urban village and sub-district levels to distribute staple food packages from Social Agency to COVID-19 patients without symptoms who are undergoing self-isolation at home.

"We prepare staple food packages for COVID-19 patients without symptoms who are undergoing self-isolation at home," he mentioned, Tuesday (6/29).

Data Update for Poor and Vulnerable Families Extended Until July 2

According to him, social assistance is given to residents exposed to COVID-19 without symptoms who have reported to RT/RW heads and urban village by attaching PCR swab result that stated positive for COVID-19.

"Then COVID-19 Task Force or local urban village head will send their reports to Social Agency which copied to sub-agencies to take staple food packages for them," he added.

In order to make sure staple food distribution is on target, the evidence is photos of residents when receiving the packages.

"This way social assistance can be distributed fast and on target," he conveyed.
