Staple Food Assistance Given to Pramuka Island Residents Exposed to COVID-19

Panggang Island COVID-19 Task Force, North Thousand Islands Sub-district, Thousand Islands distributed staple food assistance for Pramuka Island residents who were exposed to COVID-19.

It is also a moral support for them

Panggang Island Urban Village Acting Head (Plt) informed, staple food assistance was provided through health team to meet the needs of food for residents who were undergoing self-isolation.

"It is also a moral support for them thus they can stay positive and follow health protocols by not going outside house after they are tested negative for COVID-19," he said, Thursday (4/29).

He asked Satpol PP and RT/RW administrators to monitor COVID-19 patients so they don't leave house.

"It is to prevent COVID-19 transmission in Pramuka Island. For other needs, they can call their relatives, neighbors, and health team," he stated.
