Residents living in RW 07 Cideng Urban Village, Gambir, Central Jakarta every day are seen enjoy the free JakWIFI internet access network installed at the RW Hall, since last September 2020.

This is very useful for the benefit of the people

Cideng Urban Village Head, Agus Aripianto said residents used it for online learning activities by students, SME business activities and reports on activities of dasawisma cadres.

"This is very useful for the benefit of the people," he expressed, Wednesday (6/30).

He explained that every day about 10 to 12 plastic chairs were placed for children who study under strict health protocols.

"We prioritize it from morning to late afternoon for the benefit of children who are still in school. Then for other residents in the evening," he expressed.

RW 07 Cideng Caretaker, Yono admitted  supervision was done jointly to ensure the network was used for learning purposes by children.

"We don't want them to use it to play games during online learning time," he asserted.
