Again, PT Transjakarta Facilitates People to Reach Vaccination Site at SUGBK

PT Transport Jakarta (Transjakarta) again facilitated people who would take part in the Covid-19 Vaccination at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK), Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, on July 3 and 4.

This is free of charge

PT Transjakarta President Director, Sardjono Jhony Tjitrokusumo said as many as 170 buses had been alerted to serve people to get the vaccination site.

"For today it will adjust to the number of participants. We want to be a part of this vaccination process towards a healthy Indonesia and can bounce back from various aspects," he expressed, Sunday (7/4).

PT Transjakarta Makes Time Adjustments for its Services

He explained that the bus alerted type Low Entry, Maxi, Vintage to Minitrans were available at 42 points of sub-districts all over Jakarta.

"This is free of charge. They only do one time pick up. They will wait for participants to finish being vaccinated and return them to their homes," he explained.

He ensured that they had complied with health protocol standards ranging from being cleaned using a disinfectant liquid, installed safe distance signs to the availability of hand sanitizers.

"We invite and urge those who have not got vaccinated to take this opportunity immediately," he stated.

As for the information, similar action had also been held on June 26 and was attended by President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo and Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.

In Its implementation, PT Transjakarta also provided 187 buses to facilitate the public from and to SUGBK.
