Kodam Jaya Ready to Guard Vaccination in Jakarta

Kodam Jaya (Pangdam Jaya) Commander, Maj. Gen. Mulyo Aji calls on the public, especially Jakartans, to immediately take part in Covid-19 vaccination.

He asserted his personnel would continuously escort and fully support vaccination in Jakarta. Today, Jakarta holds mass vaccinations at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium (GBK) and JIExpo Kemayoran. It targeted to vaccinate about 60 people aged 12 or over.

"This is free of charge. We also offer it to non-Jakarta residents," he continued.

Even he was also maximizing the existing health facilities in Jakarta, both those belonging to the Jakarta administration, the Kodam Jaya and the Polda Metro Jaya.

Especially belonging to the Kodam Jaya, there were 400 health facilities prepared for vaccination services. The public was urged to visit the vaccination service in their neighborhood.

He also participated in mobile activities for vaccination and community mobilization in carrying out vaccinations at one point.

"We prepare the vaccinators, while all the vaccines come from the central government," he continued.

On the other hand, together with three pillars, his party would always be on standby in every emergency public activity restriction (PPKM Darurat) monitoring activity, including checkpoints in a number of locations.

"We also support checkpoints for restrictions on the mobility of people, especially from outside Jakarta that will enter Jakarta and vehicles from Jakarta that will leave the city," he uttered.
