Matraman Sub-district, East Jakarta prepared Matraman Sports Center (GOR) as an isolation location for asymptomatic COVID-19 patients (OTGs). Some supporting facilities from CSRs have been placed in this location.

Hopefully it can suppress high active COVID-19 cases in Jakarta

As on Monday (7/12), Matraman Sub-district received assistance from Kitabisa.com and Baitul Mal Muamalat. Assistance was symbolically received by Matraman Sub-district Head, Andriansyah at GOR Matraman on Jl. Balai Rakyat, Utan Kayu Utara.

According to him, GOR Matraman has been prepared as an isolation room to anticipate surge in COVID-19 patients.

"We prepare GOR Matraman as a controlled isolation location for asymptomatic COVID-19 patients (OTGs). Hopefully it can suppress high active COVID-19 cases in Jakarta," he mentioned.

GOR Matraman, he added, has maximum capacity 50 people. Thus his side has placed 50 velbeds received from CSRs.

Baitul Mal Muamalat Staff, Jahidin explained, his side handed over assistance in form of 50 velbeds, 5 sprayers, 100 pcs Hazmat 100, 2 boxes latex gloves (100 pairs/box), 5 boxes N95 masks (100 pcs/box), 100 pcs face shield, 100 googles, 50 packs infections plastics, 2 thermal guns, 10 oximeters, 30 gallons, 30 pump gallons, 10 jerry cans of disinfectant liquid, as well as particles for 50 units particles for velbed barrier.

"Civil society takes initiative to provide assistance to Jakarta Provincial Government in order to overcome COVID-19 pandemic. In Matraman, similar assistance are also given at Pasar Rumput, Manggarai, South Jakarta," he conveyed.
