Jakarta Government through Empowerment, Children Protection, and Population Control (PPAPP) Agency held peak event for National Children's Day (HAN) 2021 virtually.

The peak event of National Children's Day 2021 was attended by around 4,000 participants from Children's Forum, HIMPAUDI, TP PKK from city to urban village levels, Dasa Wisma, RPTRA, PATBM, PPKB RW, Genre Forum and work partners.

She explained that series of activities for HAN 2021 were held through webinars via Zoom, Youtube, and Facebook applications. There are also Podcast Sahabat Keluarga, dissemination of KIE media through PPAPP Agency's social media, infographics on Jakarta Government's information channels
"Today, Jakarta TP PKK Heads also introduce Bagimu Program. This program aims to create golden generation with good quality, healthy, creative, productive, and free from stunting," she added.
According to him, this event is an important momentum to arouse concern and participation of all components in ensuring the fulfillment of children's rights, such as rights to live, grow, develop, and participate fairly in accordance with human dignity.
"Children also need to get protection from violence and discrimination," she stated.
Jakarta Government gave appreciation to Polda Metro Jaya in preventing and handling cases of violence against women and children in Jakarta.
"The purpose of giving this award is to support PPA Unit investigators to improve its service in handling cases of violence against women and children together with all stakeholders in Jakarta Government, especially UPT P2TP2A," she said.
