Central Jakarta Collects Data on Schools That will Hold Limited Face-to-Face Learning

Central Jakarta Government is still collecting data on schools that are ready to carry out limited face-to-face learning (PTM). According to plan, PTM will be started on next Monday (8/30).

Hopefully in the near future, we will have data on schools that are eligible to hold limited PTM

Central Jakarta Mayor, Dhany Sukma conveyed, it needed a careful preparation for conducting PTM in PPKM Level 3 to ensure safety o f students while studying in school.

According to him, Education Sub-agency Regional I and II will survey facilities and supporting facilities in schools related to PTM implementation first. For example, vaccination requirement for students and teachers.

"Hopefully in the near future, we will have data on schools that are eligible to hold limited PTM," he stated, Thursday (8/26).

Similar thing also conveyed by Central Jakarta Education Regional II Head, Uripasih. According to her, currently her side is still conducting assessment for schools that will hold limited PTM.

"Assessment process is the same as before. We will check school's facilities for PTM implementation and ensure teachers and students have been vaccinated," she mentioned.

She also asked schools to socialize PTM through zoom meeting with parents.

"Limited PTM implementation requires approval from parents," she asserted.
