Ciracas to Welcome Humaniora TMB by End of this October

It has touched 80 percent so far

The Humaniora Taman Maju Bersama (TMB) development on the south side of Jalan TB Simatupang, RT 07/05 Susukan Urban Village, Ciracas, East Jakarta will be completed by the end of October.

Based on the information gathered, the library and hall had been built on a 1,836,16-square-meter wide land. There was also a multi-functional court complete with basketball hoops, a children's playground, a bicycle parking, a jogging track and a security post. Then the workers were seen busy making gardens with various ornamental plants.

Utan Kayu TMB Development Keeps Being Accelerated

Christian Tamora Hutagalung, East Jakarta Agency Head of Parks and Urban Forest expressed that everything went smoothly as he always coordinated with the work executors to finish it according to the plan and schedule.

"It has touched 80 percent so far," he stated.

Yanti Rosanna, Division Head of Parks explained, the Humaniora Park has special specifications compared to other TMBs. Besides having shelter and library, it also has a Reading Outdoor for people who want to read a book.

"This reading outdoor has two big trees in the middle thus visitors can feel comfortable while reading. We also have an abacus made of iron and wood which is installed under a mango tree," she said.

Moreover, the land has now been planted with ornamental plants, precisely in the front and right side of the entrance.

"This park is built using this year's City Budget (APBD) worth Rp 1.1 billion," she concluded.
