Water channel located in front of Tunas Muda School, Jalan Meruya Utara, Meruya Utara Urban Village, Kembangan, is being dredged by West Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency personnel.

West Jakarta SDA Sub-agency Head, Purwanto conveyed, 12 PJLP personnel were deployed to dredge mud about 20-30 centimeters deep on channel with width 90 centimeters and length 250 meters. This work has been carried out since October 1.
"We dredge the channel to follow up resident's request because the channel is already full of mud," he mentioned, Monday (10/4).
Ten Heavy Equipment Deployed to Dredge Munjul ReservoirEvery day, personnel dredge 300 sacks of mud from the channel. This dredging work is targeted to be completed by the end of this month.
"We hope this channel can hold more water thus it can minimize inundation in the surrounding area," he stated.
