The RTH land addition is spread on 10 locations in the capital. But, Ernanto did not tell the detail. Total RTH in Jakarta is still 9.5-9.8 percent.

According to him, the overlapping of land administration in the city also constrained the effort. Meanwhile, the land in dispute status sometimes extend the time process.

While in draft of the detailed spatial planning (RDTR) the RTH addition is divided between government and privates. Government just need to reach 16 percent and the reast is for privates.

"Private has responsibility to support us adding the RTH," he continued.
