PPKUKM Agency - PT Indofood Teams Up to Hold Food Entrepreneur Training

The Jakarta Industry Trade Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) Agency is collaborating with PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk to hold an online new food entrepreneur training from October to November 2021.

It can be an opportunity for them in the business world and improve the economy affected by the Covid-19 outbreak

There are 1,100 participants from Jakpreneurs throughout Jakarta who were divided into 11 batches and carried out alternately in six PPKUKM Sub-agencies. Inviting speakers from the Bogasari Division Team, participants would be trained in three types of food, namely Lembang milk cake, onion chips, and cinnamom churros.

Jakarta PPKUKM Agency Head, Elisabeth Ratu Rante Allo stated, it was aimed at providing insight to participants about business opportunities in the culinary field, especially trending cakes or foods, varied and also of high quality.

"It can be an opportunity for them in the business world and improve the economy affected by the Covid-19 outbreak," she expressed, Tuesday (10/12).

She hoped that it could improve the ability to produce quality food products with high economic value, economic growth and people's purchasing power, and understand the Cost of Goods Sold (HPP).

"Then it is also expected to be able to increase the entrepreneurial spirit of the fostered participants in the culinary field," she hoped.
