Jakarta Population and Civil Registration  (Dukcapil) Agency Head, Budi Awaludin monitored directly the door-to-door service and symbolically handed over population administration (adminduk) service at RW 13, Malaka Jaya Urban Village, Duren Sawit Sub-district, East Jakarta.

We want all levels to be committed to providing easy, friendly, and innovative services

Until 12:20 today, East Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency has printed and distributed 780 family cards (KK), 83 child identity cards (KIA), 30 birth certificates, 12 death certificates, printed 12 e-KTPs, and carried out 7 e-KTP recordings.

"This population administration service is mostly related to KIA, which is needed as required documents for school entry, creating bank account, Smart Indonesia Card (KIP), Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS), BPJS, and Jakarta Smart Card (KJP)," he said, at the location, Tuesday (11/16).

He expressed his gratitude to Malaka Jaya Urban Village residents who were very enthusiastic for the service and assisted his party to provide better administration services. Thus people who want to propose BPJS, NPWP, social assistance, and licensing in the future will not be bothered by NIK and KK data that have not been updated.

"This door-to-door service is not only providing convenience in accessing population services for all levels of society, but also to monitor directly administrative service problems from urban village level," he added.

He advised residents to report if they felt the officer made the process complicated or found illegal levies.

"We don't hesitate to take firm action on officers who still use the old method. We want all levels to be committed to providing easy, friendly, and innovative services," he conveyed.

On the other hand, Malaka Jaya Urban Village Head, Arif Kurniawan conveyed his appreciation and gratitude for door-to-door adminduk service.

"Thank God, RW 13 residents seem very enthusiastic about this service. Currently, 90 percent of children at RW 13 have received KIA. This service is very helpful for the community. Hopefully it can also reach other areas," he mentioned.
