First Dose Vaccination Rate in South Jakarta Reaches 81.08 Percent

Until November 2021, COVID-19 vaccination rate for first dose in South Jakarta had reached 80.01 percent or 1,551,155 of total 1,913,000 targeted residents in 10 sub-districts.

The second dose vaccination rate has reached 68.07 percent

South Jakarta Health Sub-agency Head, Helmi mentioned, his side continued to intensify first and second dose vaccination by providing door-to-door vaccination service in RPTRA, RW secretariat office, RT post, and other locations. Thus it will be easier for residents who haven't been vaccinated to access the service.

"The second dose vaccination rate has reached 68.07 percent or 1,314,197 people," he informed, Wednesday (12/1).

In order to meet the target, his side coordinated with urban villages and sub-districts to collaborate with private sectors and stakeholders to provide vaccination services.

"The more people get vaccinated, the more we achieve herd immunity," he conveyed.
