515 Students Injected with First Dose COVID-19 Vaccine at SDN Bambu Apus 04

Total 515 elementary students aged 6-11 years took the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination at SDN Bambu Apus 04, Komplek Padepokan TMII RW 04, Bambu Apus Urban Village, East Jakarta, Friday (12/17). This vaccination service was carried out through collaboration between schools, sub-district health centers, and State Intelligence Agency (BIN).

In order to support this vaccination activity, we deploy 20 health workers from Cipayung Sub-district Health Center

SDN Bambu Apus 04 Principal, Siti Dhirrifngah mentioned, the participants were grades 1 to 5 students aged 6-11 years. While grade 6 students or those aged 12 years and over had been vaccinated first in Bambu Apus vaccination center.

"Total 515 students have been vaccinated as of today. Hopefully, it will be completed by this afternoon. Students who are unable to attend will be directed to take vaccination at urban vilage health center. Thus all of our students can be vaccinated to prevent COVID-19 transmission," she conveyed.

PPKM Level 1, Jakarta Limits Activities of Christmas And New Years

Cipayung Sub-district Health Center Head, Rini Muharni stated, vaccination activity at SDN Bambu Apus 04 was organized by health center, schools, East Jakarta Education Sub-agency Region 1, and State Intelligence Agency with target of 515 students aged 6-11 years.

"In order to support this vaccination activity, we deploy 20 health workers from Cipayung Sub-district Health Center," she added.

According to her, those 20 health workers were assigned as vaccinators and health workers for observation, health check, and registration. They also got assistance from school and urban village for registration and administration.

There were three pillars involved in this activity, namely ranks from Cipayung Sub-district, Bambu Apus Urban Village, as well as TNI (army) and police who ensured the activity went well.
