Works produced by the nation's children are substantially not inferior to other places in the world
Local IPs who participated

In his remarks, he explained that Jakarta is not only a place to make a living for its citizens, but it is necessary to present life that is felt by its citizens, one of which is by activating creative spaces to grow and develop.
Inaugurating Bio Trans Park, Anies Wants Jakarta to Be Environmentally Friendly City Pilot"We in DKI Jakarta realize that the city is not only an infrastructure, where people make a living, but it is a city that gives life, and there is creative work that is full of uniqueness. We at Jakarta Government also want to facilitate how the creative process emerges, " he said as quoted from Jakarta PPID Press Release, Sunday (12/19).
According to him, Jakarta is home of many creative people from all over Indonesia. Therefore, in order to facilitate the creative process thus it can grow and develop, Jakarta Government carries out its fiscal function by allocating budget for the implementation of this activity through Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Agency, using type 3 self-management procurement.
"Because Jakarta is home of so many creative people, we feel grateful to be able to work together through Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Agency, which allocated Rp 2.5 billion for this event, which is managed by type 3 self-management procurement. Why do we choose type 3 self-management? 3? Because, we can fund the people and the community,” he asserted.
Jakarta is an early province in Indonesia that uses self-managed procurement pattern of types 3 and 4. With the budget commitment given, creators can arrange activities freely, including the Pop Art Jakarta event which is considered very successful and proud.
"The real form of support from Jakarta Government is the budget, because the Government has two, namely the authority and the budget. People have creativity, experience, networks. If the five elements combine, it will be tremendous. Therefore, we echo Jakarta as City of Collaboration," he added.
Furthermore, he is also optimistic that if Government can facilitate and support creators who have intellectual property, then in the future their works will not only be proud at the national level but also at the international level.
"Works produced by the nation's children are substantially not inferior to other places in the world, what we often have to do extra is for campaign, packaging and echoing it, thus it can become a trend and can be reached more broadly. I imagine this work is not only a host in own country, but also a charming guest in someone else's country," he conveyed.
He hopes that activities featuring the works of local creators can also be displayed in public spaces in Jakarta, thus it becomes a stimulus for the wider community to know that Jakarta has good quality IPs, not only for domestic market, but also for international. Another big goal is for young people who have the potential to establish themselves to enter and work in this industry. In addition, this activity can be used to promote the works of IP creators from Jakarta and open up business potential with many parties.
"Today is indeed the last day of this activity, but we want these works to be displayed again in public spaces in Jakarta, thus more people will see and appreciate it. Later, supply and demand will also be met from quality IP works,” he stated.
