First Dose Vaccination for Children Aged 6-11 in Central Jakarta Reaches 64.07 Percent

As of January 11, COVID-19 vaccination rate for children aged 6-11 years in North Jakarta has reached 64.07 percent or 109,930 children of total target 171,579 children.

Through door-to-door service, hopefully there will be more children aged 6-11 years who can be vaccinated

North Jakarta Health Sub-agency's Disease Prevention and Control (P2P) Section Head, Arief Wahyudi said, first dose vaccination service was still being intensified thus 100 percent target could be achieved immediately.

"We are carrying out dynamic vaccination in schools. Through door-to-door service, hopefully there will be more children aged 6-11 years who can be vaccinated," he stated, Wednesday (1/12).

North Jakarta Mayor Asks People to Anticipate Omicron Transmission

Vaccination rate for residents aged 12 to elderly in North Jakarta has reached 1,888,620 people for the first dose or 134.96 percent of target 1,399,380 people.

"Meanwhile for the second dose has reached 1,512,640 or 108.09 percent of target. For the third dose or booster vaccination has been given to 15,512 people or 1,11 percent," he informed.
